Recognizing and dating a pair of Alexander McQueen

Only one marking reference is attested by a leading source: the mention "Made in Italy Vero cuoio" embossed on the arch of the outsole.
The product code grows over time, which allows two pairs to be classified in relation to each other — but this is a deduction, never a firm dating, as the house does not publish any grid.
The material dates nothing at McQueen: museums describe the Armadillo sometimes in stingray, sometimes in snakeskin, sometimes in wood and python — three executions of the same model.
