On a Chanel ballet flat or slingback, the contrasting toe cap is the first thing to suffer: it rubs, marks and chips. In my workshop in Bordeaux, France, I repair Chanel shoes, the pairs I sell and yours.
I only repair shoes, not bags.
I touch up scuffs on the toe or heel for €25, so the leather gets an even colour back.
A ballet flat has a thin sole that wears quickly under the ball of the foot: an anti-slip sole protector saves it for €30 a pair. Heel tips: €25 on a block heel. Insole: €23, or €37 with the logo restored.
Found a pair second-hand? The "back from thrifting" package (€70) covers sole protectors, heel tips, cleaning and scuff touch-ups.

It is a good idea: their sole is thin and wears quickly. An anti-slip sole protector costs €30 a pair.
No, I only repair shoes.
Please contact me before sending anything: shipping from outside France involves customs that we need to check together.
In Bordeaux, you can drop them off at the workshop. Elsewhere in France, send them by Mondial Relay and I return them the same way once repaired.
Outside France, including the UK: contact me before sending anything, so we can check shipping and customs together.
Not sure what your pair needs? Send me a photo of the soles and heels: I will tell you what I would do, and what it costs.
