From vintage Salomé to the most understated black suede, the Dior pump has always possessed a unique elegance—that of a house born for evening wear. Our pre-owned Dior shoes are authenticated, reconditioned in Bordeaux, and each one is unique: here are our current selections.
When Christian Dior launched the New Look in 1947, the silhouette demanded shoes to match: this became the task of Roger Vivier, who designed absolute reference pumps for the house in the 1950s—including the first stiletto heels.
Since then, every era of Dior has had its pump: the Mary Janes and evening satins, the sleek lines of the 90s, then the J'Adior slingback with its signature ribbon, which has become a contemporary classic in just a few years. Buying a pre-owned Dior pump means delving into this very history.

Turn over an old pair: if the sole bears the inscription "Christian Dior Souliers", you hold a piece of history — this is the marking of vintage Dior shoe lines, found on T-bar shoes, satin pumps, and evening models from past decades.
These vintage pairs are sought after for their materials — satin, deep suedes, plum leathers — and for their shapes that are impossible to find today. We regularly have them in stock: pieces to wear, not museum pieces, restored by our workshop. Our article on vintage shoes as a timeless heritage explains why these shoes cross the decades.
Recent Dior pumps generally fit true to size. For vintage models, exercise caution: older lasts are often narrower than current standards, and vintage sizing may not always correspond to modern sizing.
The best method for a remote purchase: compare the insole length with that of a pump you already own. We measure each pair upon request—simply write to us from the product page.
A black suede Dior pump goes with everything — a pantsuit, raw denim, an evening gown. Models with character, such as two-tone satin or deep plum, prefer outfits that let them speak for themselves: plain, understated, structured.
Vintage allows for boldness: a plum T-bar with a beige trench coat, black and red satin with a little black dress. The rule is simple — the Dior shoe is the jewel of the outfit, the rest is the setting.
This is the marking of vintage Dior shoe lines: it signifies an authentic vintage pair, produced at a time when the house distinguished its shoes in this way. Its clear and well-engraved presence is one of the first authenticity clues we check.
Recent models generally fit true to size. Vintage pumps, however, are often narrower than current lasts: if you're between two sizes, take the larger one—or better yet, compare the insole length, which we measure upon request.
The markings are the best clue: "Christian Dior Souliers" mention, logo typography, country of manufacture, heel shape, and materials can pinpoint a pair to within a few years. Send us photos of the sole and interior: we love playing detective.
